Question FD Performance Upgrade - What order and best parts?

Here is my current setup:

Engine + Fuel system
M2 Intake
Piggy-back ECU (Techtom tuned from the shop)
RB full catback exhaust
RB DP
'01 spec efini twin turbos
JECS Fuel Pump

Transmission
ACT lightened flywheel + upgraded clutch

This is what I am proposing to do:

Greddy M-spec SMIC
Upgrade ECU->PFC
Upgrade secondary injectors with 1600cc injectors (Do I need to upgrade my fuel rail for this and also what's the deal with resistors and injectors??)

Electronic boost controller - look at running around 16PSI on primaries and secondaries with the option to turn down to 12PSI to preserve turbo life

I would be happy making 350whp but I am curious as to whether these mods even make sense? I will be having the car professionally tuned by a local tuner who has a mustang dyno and all the other good stuff. But before I even buy anything I would like to hear what everyone else's opinion is.

Appreciate any feedback/input

Thanks!

How much HP are you making now? What is wrong with your current setup that is making you want to change it?

1300cc secondaries (aka bored out stock 850cc secondaries) flow enough for 350 rwhp and obviously fit in the stock fuel rail. 1600s do not.

A larger SMIC is usually a good upgrade. The Greddy is fine. Not sure what other options you have in AU.

Spend some time reading the FAQ thread. Particularly the part where about what mods for what HP level.

You'll want something bigger than the GReddy SMIC. 16psi will heat up pretty quickly. I'd add water injection if you intend to run that high of boost and keep the SMIC. Get some kind of quality ignition amp/control too.. you don't want that breaking up and going unsteady at high boost/rpm's.

Have you done anything to the rest of the car? aka, suspension, drivetrain bracing, wheels/tires/brakes?

Don't neglect the entire package in pursuit of a dyno number.

Oh, and you will NOT make 350rwhp on a "mustang" dyno with stock twins @ 16psi ;-) I believe they read even lower than the Dyno-Dynamics ones that you Aussies produce, and THAT one shows 15%-18% lower numbers than the dynojet/dynopac's used in the states.

That's a good question. I have no idea, I have not had the car dyno'd at all. I would guess 300WHP if I am lucky.

I have thought about getting it dyno'd at least to see what I am working with but I figured with the upgrades above I should be making at least another 50WHP or so.

The current setup is decent and I can't complain. However I would like a little more top end power and more boost on the primary turbo (currently I get 14PSI and 12PSI on the secondary).

Thanks for the link to the FAQ, I didn't realise there was a section on HP performance related to upgrade parts. I'll defintely check it out.

Good point re: whole package. I have upgraded the suspension with the following:
Eichbach 1" lowered springs
Koni's all around 6-way adjustable struts

I need new sway bars next..

Nothing spectacular I know but it works. I also have 18"x9.5's on the rear which seem to stick alright.

I do need a transmission brace and a diff brace, in cold weather the car wheel hops something chronic but I have addressed this somewhat by softening up the rear suspension.
