31 and i am on my third. I bought my first one in 1997 for 8500$ with 64k on it. It belonged to a kid who got caught racing and his parents made him sell it for what he owed. I love you rich kids. Too bad i couldn't have that luck buying my house.
**and i will not be selling this one, ever.**

Old dude - I'm 65. Got a 1st-gen in 1979, sold it in 1993 (didn't have time for 2 RX-7's - barely had time to drive one), a year after I bought my FD new in March 1992. The FD's like having a racecar for the street. I have a real racecar for the track.
41 years young....working on 3 years of which the Fd has been in a garage or at home on stands(like right now). I think I've had it on the road for a total of 8 months, but I think I'm almost done doing things to it.

Old guy - 60. Been in car business 30+ yrs but didn't get 1st RX7 until about 2yrs ago. It is a 93 R1 -- non title car which I am making into a Driver's Ed car. GT35R single turbo conversion, etc. Had wanted a FD since they first came out. also had a RX4 back in the late 70's
53, and can't imagine not having this car. You know, it's a blast even at 30mph. Magic. My favorite car (owned) till the 7 has been a 1956 Porsche 356A coupe that I drove all over the US in the 70's. It had 75 crankshaft hp and handled wonderfully. I sold it in '83 when the rust overcame my wallet. The truly amazing thing about the fd is that the forward view is exactly the same as the 356. I'm hooked.....

22 and honestly I dont care if anyone paid for their own sh*t or not. If you have one, then you have one. I paid for mine and everything I've done to it but guess what? no one cares. So all those younger guys that are like 19 that go I paid for all of my stuff and blah blah blah, no one gives a flying f*ck.
Happy new year to all.-2008- In Feb I will be 61 and have had my second fd for 12 years .I started with RX7s in 1982 had the first motor in the late 70s . Time to make some parts and polish them .Have a good day and good skill to you .
19, picked up my FC two years ago and drove it to learn it's capabilities at autoX and after doing really well, I thought I'd treat myself to an FD for autoX. I picked up the FD last February and have slowly been turning it into a pavement monster at the track

by every young person arond my area.
