FD not starting (alternator, 3 batteries, ignition... NOTHING)

here is the story. i recently purchased the HKS ignition for my FD. i think it shorted my alternator or something. everyone knows that when all the dash lights go out, that is the alternator saying its dead. it was obviously feeding off the battery because the lights where getting dim. so i replace the alternator from autozone. installed that along with new belts and battery. in the process, my helper accidentally bumped green sensor located on the water pump (oil pump) by where the alternator hinge is, it completely broke apart. anyways, i matched up everything perfect and when i cranked the engine the car was dead. i tested the battery and it went dead after 2 days, i am really confused on this one on why it went dead so fast (i needed this as a "get me by" battery). anyways, i had the mini battery kit coming from rotary extreme. i get that in and installed it and in turn took out the HKS ignition because that thing is impossible to mount. anyways, i start my car with the new battery and it cranks, but nothing. i did the engine flooding thing and still no cigar. any ideas, take in mind that i am a mechanic for SH60's in the navy, so i know what i am doing.

Have you checked all the main fuses? Also pull a spark plug and each wire and ground it against the chassis to check for spark. You could also crank the engine over to smell for fuel with the plugs out and also listen for compression pulses. If you got compression, spark, and fuel there's no reason that bad boy shouldn't fire up.

ok, well i get a full spark on my plugs and everything is connected right. everything seems to be grounded right also. IDK, the only thing i can think of is that something is not grounded right and maybe that is why my battery drained on me in 2 days. i am also thinking that it could be that sensor that got knocked off the water pump. do you guy think that could be it? i looked on mazdatrix to see if they have replacements and i looked elsewhere to find nothing. any other ideas?

so the green plug is the stock coolant temperature sensor, that is the one that i completely broke off. It gives the stock ECU the temperature, but not the gauge. The sensor for the gauge is in the driver's side of the rear housing and that one is loose.
