FD jumps up to 4500 rpms when started and stays there

So i replaced the heater hose on the driver's side from the block. Filled the car up with coolant. Went to start it to burp the coolant from the system and it jumps up to 4500rpm and stays there!!!! It was just fine before i replaced that damn hose! WHAT **** IS THE DEAL?? is this electrical? vacuum leak after the throttle body? what am i missing that could cause the car to stay at 4500 rpm? I'm dying here this thing, any help would be more than appreciated!
