if anyone can help me on this it would be nice. i just got a 93 rx7 and it was running before i got it but the guy who sold it to me blew the turbos. so i got new turbos and tryed to put new vacume lines in(the rats nest) i got it all together but now it won't start. it has spark and fuel and it wants to start but won't turn over. i must have hooked up something wrong but i don't know what.
any help.

 

is the battery charged? If you have fuel and spark it should start.

 

did you flood it?
