For wiring, the only harness you need to worry about is the emissions harness going to the ECU.

Definitely need more details.....

Are you swapping this JDM engine into a roller?
Do you have the complete original USDM engine?
Do you need to pass emissions?
Plans to go single?
Plans to run non-sequential turbo's?
PFC or stock ECU?

All of these questions are going to help answer how easy it will be to swap it in. If you have the original USDM engine, then just swap the blocks. If you don't have the USDM equipment, then that is a different approach.

This, coupled with the FSM will help you sort out the engine connectors.

Do you have the complete original USDM engine? yes it is conpletly burned, car caught on fire
Do you need to pass emissions? no
Plans to go single? maybe in the future but as of now i just want to get it running
Plans to run non-sequential turbo's? maybe for now dont know how to but ill do some research

It's been covered a few times before if you do a search.

The coil harness, yes, it's different, all the coils S6~8 are the same, just repositioned for the later cars....only a minor annoyance. Because front perimeter harness plugs into the ECU, that will be one stumbling block off the bat.
