FD Bypass Air Control
I have a 1994 fd it struggles to stay on it happens after i drive to stop at a stop light or gonna park the car it it goes 500rpm to 700rpm i heard you can clean the Bypass Air Control Valve but idk where that it can someone Help me>>

Do you mean the air bypass valve?? That's just a BOV, they rarely go bad.
You might be thinking of the Idle Speed Controller (ISC), that's under the UIM. You can clean that will carb cleaner and then lube it up with WD-40.
When you start the car, where does it idle at? You might just need to adjust the idle or the TPS, or a number of other things...
