I had one on an FD alternator,but on an FC engine.Dual v belts.
Fd has a serpentine pulley doesn't it( ribbed belt?)

FD uses serpentine belts (4pk rib/5pk flat wide multi rib style) not single vee belts, so this wouldnt work on an FD unless the car was converted to run vee belts for some reason :s

I have one of those on my S5 TurboVert. But, to be honest, the one like Mazdatrix sells made by a friend of mine are more plug and play.
