If anything, Veilside paid to have the FNF cars plastered with thier 'kits', especially now that FNF is a marketable 'franchise'. Product placement is not a new thing in movies any more. Think the movie types are going to allow free advertising in their movies? Bet you everyone of those manufacturers that had stickers on the FNF cars either paid or donated heavily towards the movie production.

The yellow car is a poor NSX.

 

That's the first thing that caught my eye was the rear on that NSX. I was like "is that a ******* NSX? What in the HELL did they do to it!?"

that's the main characters car... (and the one they'll be beating on and smashing up)


is it a all new cast? or the old ones are back?

 

Personally, I like the tails on that NSX.

Though I know it's all Jap cars, that was my 1st "woah, that looks like a..."

 

I heard it was an all new cast and the story line should be better than both TFATF and 2F2F

 

Straight to video, so don't be waiting anxiously at theatres anyone that is crazy enough to like these movies. There isn't a single mainstream star in the cast... not that Paul "Worse than Keanu" Walker and Tyrese "Baby Boy" Gibson are mainstream actors, just more noticeable as crap actors and ultimately bankable.

That's actually a very interesting point you're making. That might really harm the "potential" this movie has for being memorable and/or therfore marketable.

Bad actors ruin a movie. Even if the cars are cool..or in this case, mostly rice/overdone...if you have bad actors...you drag down the quality of the movie even more.

What's worse? Good story, horrible actors?

Or, bad story to begin with, horrible actors?

That nsx has the veilside fortune kit on it. My best friends girl said it was just anounced today that vin diesel will be in ff3. Which is odd because at first they were say that they wanted a all new cast.

I also saw a feture on tv showing rhys millen will be in the movie as well as stunt driving. So will samule hubanett. Just what I have heard about it so far.

And I kinda like the fortune kit on the fd. I actually go back and forth on it. But I like it.

 

I think the first movie made this point good, you run against a FD with just a hopped up 4 banger (not all are this bad) but you will blow something if you win, if you don't win you still blow stuff :P but hey whatever their money, if it's good i'll pay to see it if not TORRENT!!! but thats me, hopefully they will scrap the storyline al together (they shoudl have in teh first two) and just make it have nice cars, but i dout they will do either

I would not buy it, but you have to respect the amount of work that went into that. The front end is kinda cool but thats about it IMO.

 

Jay has the orange and carbon fiber fd.
