Fast Help! Brake pad problem!
This is my first time changing them on a FD.Well i took off the three clips and push out two rods,and i got the old pads off,but it came off kind of tight and the new pads are ofcourse thicker,but the pistons(i think) two circles that wont move at all,to clear for the new pads.

Front or rear? If it's the fronts, unscrew your bleeder and then you should be able to push them in with a board or a vice or something. If it's the rears, you have to turn them clockwise to get them to retract. Also, on the rears, make sure the slots in the piston are perpendicular to the caliper so that it will fit over the *** on the pads.

By the way, I got Hawk HPS pads, and I never was able to get the rear caliper back down over them if I put in the metal plate on there. So ultimately I had to leave it off for that extra 1/16" of clearance or so until I wore the pads down a bit, and then put them back on.

You don't need to remove the bleed screw. Just open your brake fluid reservoir cap, and get some big channel locks, and take your time and press the pistons back into place. Do each piston a little at a time, and be careful not to "squirt" one of them out as you're pressing it's partner in. Leave the pad in on the other side of the rotor until you finish one side.
At first, the brake piston may feel like it's not moving. Just be patient and keep squeezing. it'll creep in.

new problem. i tried pumping the brakes with the outer pad in place,and the inner was the problem,now the inner pistons are touching the rotor.How do i fix this

Err...Other than pulling the caliper off the car, I don't know.
There's several write-ups on how to change pads online. When I changed mine for the first time, I had those printed out and followed them step by step.
Why were you pumping your brakes without the pads in place?

Now you done it...you now have to swing the caliper up and take the pad w/ a channel lock and push it back in.
Do not stick a screw driver in there... Check if the seals have popped out to....
I recommend you buy the manual....for future reference.

I don't think they are. The only thing I'm aware of is that they're made from a softer metal than the calipers, so if you overtorque them you'll strip the speedbleeders instead of the caliper. Sounds like a plus to me. I like 'em!
