Fans went dead, nearly overheated !
Well my friend I bought my car from did the fan mod like a few years ago, i always run with my fans on high and sit at a steady 81c.
On my way home today I notice my car idling high and the temps at about 114c, but my fan switch is on, when I get home I pop the hood and my fans arent on, by the time I shut down im at 120c & boiling a bit...
I cant seem to find any fuse for the fans and I havent checked yet but the fan relays visually look good.
Any Suggestions guys ?

the fuse for the fans is in the relay box , the same box that has the Main fuse and the ABS.
the fact that BOTH of your fans stopped leads me to believe your fan motors are fine. You will probably find your Fuse for the Fan has blown.
JUST FYI, one day last year my fans stopped. the fuse blown. So I put a new fuse and it blew too. I found out that a small piece of the wire came loose from the rubber sheath and hit metal. So it kept blowing the fuse.
hope that helps.

Well I just spent a bit cleaning the terminals on the relay plugs, when I went to see if they were fixed as soon as I turned the key the fans came on for about 5seconds then stopped again and wont come on, so im thinking one of the relays is the culprit. Im sure its not blowin out the fuse because of this but Im not real sure why a relay would crap out on me...?!

Glad you fixed your problem. It's funny how many little things can go wrong on these cars, and how simple it can be to fix them..... IF you can figure out what's wrong.
You don't need to run your fans when the car is cold, or when you are on the freeway. Using them all the time will wear them out prematurely.
