Fans In The 3rd Gen

My battery leaked acid on the fan nearest it and fried the fan motor. What is the best way to fix this?......buy the setup from another 3rd gen owner that has one, or, is there anyone that carries those type fans (Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, etc.)?

Depends on what you want to spend you could buy a motor second hand from a forum member and see how long it lasts, or go to mazda and pay a grip for a new motor that should last a while. As for going to auto zone or napa for parts for these cars its always hit or miss if they have a part for the car, but it will never be in stock.

Check the for sale section.

You'll find some used motors there.

To prevent it in the future, there's always the TurboJeff Battery Tray / Optima 51R sealed battery combo (that I'm sure turbojeff is too modest to mention).
