Hi all long time reader first time poster, i have a fd3s 93 with smic, hsk induction kit, mapped power fc ,non sequential turbos decat exhaust system. my problem is this and i hope you can help, ive looked alot for this issue but with no luck.

I start my car, idles fine and drives fine etc yet every now and then my heat light comes on, it dosnt flash it stays on solid between 5 and 10 seconds, when i check my commander my air intake reading flashes ------ then the light dissapears and the temperature sets itself to -38 i have no clue whats going on if anyone could shed some light on this it would be most appreciated!!

The air temperature sensor under the UIM is probably dead/dying. I had the same problem, swapped out the sensor and it was fine.
