Fair price for a tranny
My 5th gear syncro is out and tranny has 130K on it. So I am wondering if 750 for a tranny shipped with 35k on it sounds fair or if I should rebuild mine. I feel I would be better off just buying it, but would like opinions from others. Thanks

at R&R rotary, they now charge $550 for basic tranny rebuilt.
basic rebuilt covers labor, and syncros if i remember correctly.
Rotary Power(SP?) in Gardena charge close to one grand for complete tranny rebuilt.
hope this helps
