F-ing oil cooler!

I got the dual 25 row oil cooler kit from rotary extreme several years ago and just recently got the engine running. I stripped the fitting on one cooler, so it leaked and I ordered a new one. I installed it a couple days ago and just today, the damn thing started leaking again! Now I gotta crawl under there again and figure out whats leaking this time. Stupid oil cooler.

Maybe the title of this thread should be "F-ing DIY'er"

Don't feel bad, I was under my car putting my starter on yesterday and dropped it (almost crushed my face ) and busted one of the posts off and have to wait til Friday for a new solenoid.

I know this sounds ghetto, but on my other car (G35), I had a similar problem. I semi stripped one side of the oil cooler fitting. Fix in the end was the strongest JB weld I could find from the local parts store. I've been to track and drift events afterwards and its still held up strong. I can't say that it will work for everyone, but it did for me.

I'm not surprised. JB Weld would hold the world together. I always buy some when I go back to the states.

A hairline crack maybe the culprit. it wont be easy to spot either as it can either be external or internally on the threads leading out to the open
