A/F guage no good?...

Ive heard people in this form saying that an A/F ratio guage is useless in an FD, is this true? and if so, why?

The Narrow Band A/F gauges are no good (AutoMeter). They run off the stock 02 sensor and are not that accurate. Not good for tuning. This thing will be like a light show at any other time then WOT and at that point it should be reading in the green, rich.

However the Wide Band Heated 02 sensors are much much more accurate and read out a number value like, 11.5:1. This requires a different/new 02 sensor. It should come with what ever wide band kit you buy.
