Extension manifold removal

Going to be removing the manifold sometime this week
Is there anything I should know of or keep in mind when im uninstalling and re-installing the manifold?

ALl tips/tricks appreciated to make this an easy and smooth operation.

Main reason I am removing this is because I have a boost leak some where and I am trying to figure out where it is.
