FWIW, when I took my Greddy TI exhaust off ~ a week ago, I found out that the flange that bolts to the cat/midpipe warped.

Ever consider a non-canister type of cat-back? If so, the PFS flows as well, if not better then the two above.

I also have the GReddy Ti.

The HKS Ti only has a Ti tip, the rest is stainless. Even the HKS "full titanium exhaust" only has a titanium canister, the piping is stainless.

You are getting better weight savings on the GReddy unit, as it's full titanium and only costs a few bucks more. There's a picture floating around this forum of me holding and balancing my GReddy unit with 2 fingers. It really is that light.

However if sound holds value to your decision, you may wanna look into the Racing Beat. I only wished my GReddy sounded like an RB unit, then it would be perfect.

I really like that muffler too.. but I think he's going for a high power setup where he'll need the reduced heat around the muffler and the flow output of an open system. Where the RB Dual Tip is awesome it won't disperse heat as quicky as these 2.

I think you should consider something other than the two, why are you set on those 2 exhausts?? There are alot to choose from and a lot of them flow better and sound better than those two? I'm just curious as to why those 2?

I'll try and post some sound clips of the Greddy in a few hours. They're on my computer at work.

I would like to know also because there are better exhaust system out there. I don't know how good mine is but I got a Greddy EVO and I love the sound from it. It's deep, not loud and it looks nice. I have a a DP and resonated MP, my friend got a DP, non-resonated MP with a RB dual and my still way quiter than his. I consider getting one of those exhaust but I don't want to trade off anoying ride fro looks and a few HP gain.

Cat-backs are exempt from all smog regs. Only noise levels are an issue.

if u get the carbon ti, the hanger bracket is gonna break. they always do. Before u install it, go to a welding shop and have the top two pieces welded together for extra strength.
