What exhaust gaskets are you guys using? I can only get OE locally and they are crazy expensive (im talking a weeks wages! ).

Anyone used these......

Either OEM Mazda or Pineapple. Pineapple is legit. The OEMs are indeed pricey.

I too have heard good things about the pineapple gaskets and I will use them in my upcoming build as well. $200+ for two manifold gaskets is just insane (oem's).

the pineapple gaskets are difficult to reuse since torqueing down the manifold often mashes the graphite...they end up sticking to either the engine or manifold, or both...and falling apart upon removal.

Remflex makes gaskets similar to the Pineapple gaskets, and may be less expensive. I got mine at Amazon.com.

Are you serious?!? Are they the same gaskets? Did you make a typo? Did you try Amazon.com? I got three 2-bolt 3" flange gaskets for $31 total, shipped, from Amazon.

Pineapple racing will supply 2x block to turbo manifold, and the 2 manifold to turbo gaskets, (so 4 gaskets total) including UPS shipping to New Zealand for US$ 132.45

to get 1x block to manifold gasket from Remflex is $32.99 + $112.86 for UPS so total US $145.85!!!!

i can get the 2-bolt 3" flange gaskets locally for around US$3 although not graphite they seem to do the job.

I guess living in NZ is the difference - I didn't pay attention to that. Good luck.
