which exhaust?

That depends on what you want. If you are looking for the most performance without worrying about emissions testing and loudness, something like the 4" racing exhausts (like HKS) will give you the most performance gain.
However, if your car is used on the roads, the loud exhaust can/will attract a lot of unwanted attention (ie police). Also, if your car is used on the roads and you have emissions testing, then you need to think about that.
You need to be a little more descriptive as to what you are looking to do with your car, how much money you are wanting to spend, and what regulations you have in your area.

Yeah, you should also list what other things you intend to do to your car. For instance, if you plan to keep it fairly stock, then the 4" HKS that Mahjik mentioned is a bit much, you shouldn't need more than 3"...but if you're gonna go crazy and get a lot of parts, might as well get a big exhaust.

Everyone has preferences, mine is Apex n1 single. not overly priced, great flow, and the best looking one for the open exhausts. SOme people think it is too loud for street, but I have'nt had a problem. After 4500 rpm or if you run non-seq' it is loud as hell.
