Clutch Slipping = Revving in Neutral?

Does it feel like you're revving up in neutral when the clutch slips? Because when you give a gas in neutral, the rpm would go up faster than when it's in gear. So, when the clutch slips, does it feel like you're in neutral even if you're in gear because the rpm would go up faster and easier (slight blip would increase the rpm a lot)?

It sort of feels like that but not entirely.
Its kinda kalf way there. When my buddies started slipping (only in the higher RPM's) he woul dhave solid power then he would have about half the power delivery he should have at that range. Only way I can describe it is it felt like the clutch was slipping. Almost a slight stutter as if you had the clutch pushed in a little bit while under a lot of power.
I wouldnt descripe a slipping clutch (from my expeiriences) as the same feeling as neutral though, but that might be a sign of a completely dead clutch.
Hope this helps.

Mine was actually slipping so bad once that when you gave it gas and tried to accerlerate all you heard was turbo spool and I didn't gain any or hardly any speed. So there are different levels of clutch slipping..

Mine's slipping right now when the second turbo comes in. Easiest way I can describe it is that at the early stages you'll swear you're spinning the tires, but obviously they aren't. You can just feel that the engine's revving faster than the car is accelerating. HTH
