DID I NEED A COUNTERWEIGHT WITH EXEDY HYPER SINGLE CLUTCH?

MY FD IS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION , according to their site , 93' fd don't need to add a counterweight

Yes you need an FD auto rear CW to mount the flywheel to.
