As he said, which are you talking about? OEM? Hyper single? Double? Triple?

Sorry for the info being incomplete.
The edit button seems to be missing but it is the OEM version.

What happened after that?

How many miles did you get out of it and was it comparable to the Mazda unit?

Anybody else with experience on this clutch?

If it is at all comparable to the Mazda unit, i'd be thrilled due to the approx. $250 difference.

The original mazda unit i had, had 71,000 miles on it when it started to slip (i had dp, mp, cat back, intake and power fc) i upgraded to the exedy oem one when i did the 850 primaries, non-seq turbos and boosted to 17lbs. The exedy oem held fine but the engine blew, so now i went single and the exedy oem is not enough, so i bought a spec stage 3 with the six puck and am waiting to put it together.

just search out rx7 clutch on ebay, i forgot the ebay stores name but they had a deal where it (exedy hd oem clutch) was less than $250 shipped. for a 300 hp machine it was perfect!

I have the twin plate exedy clutch... I love it... It works like butter... Just don't forget to buy the counter weight for the auto tranny because I forgot and the install took a bit longer than expected...
