Evans coolant?

Evans Coolant...?

How good is this stuff? Where can you get it?
How exspensive is it as well? Can you mix it with normal antifreeze too?

Any drawback to this in our rotary engines?

1. The Jury is out, but some experianced racers/engine builder like Rob at Pinapple really like it
2. $26 a gallon unless you get a group buy
3. No, the only thing you can mix it with is Evans Sierra and that is just used to flush the water out of the system.
4. Not that I know of, use NPG+ though not NPG.
I just put NPG+ in my new engine so I can't do hard runs yet to see what the increased cooling is like.

What about sludge? There was a thread about it a while ago, but not many people posted in it. I'm thinking that not everyone gets it. Check your overflow tank and wherever else that is accessible in your coolant system for this sludge. You will know it when you see it. It looks just like s***. I think that evens coolant is not for those of use who accumulate sludge, unless the coolant somehow prevents it.
