FilipeA: I have my FD completely same as yours.
huge washer tank in trunk, no washer in engine bay. that is correct version, but don´t know which is? R1? Touring?

edit: i have only one oil cooler at passenger side

Any thoughts?
my suggestion would be to relocate the port to the bottom lowest portion of the tank...

Yea it's hard finding that rear tank. I found one but I'm not sure if it's worth using for water injection. With the stock tank, you can't check on the level very easily even when you unscrew the cap. In the end, buying an external tank was the better option for me. Checking the level was just a glance away.

can't you just solve that by putting in a meter to read the level of the tank?

have any of you tried fitting this wiper tank in a US model before?

Maybe just cutting a line in the panel that covers the tank would work as well but nothing beats having a larger, less complicated tank. As far as having a meter (you mean just a low level sensor right?), I usually like to check on my tank every time a I fill up or take the car out. I'd like still like to know if I'm at the halfway mark to empty.

yeah a low level sensor. I wanted to make the installation as stealth as possible, also didn't want to take up trunk room. This is just a fun street car for me.

see that black cap on the lower left behind the light? is that not the front washer tank right there.... sits nice and low behind the oil cooler?

My USDM FD has it, and has the rear washer tank as well because it has the rear wiper.

Are you telling me it is a coolant reservoir?

that is the radiator overflow, the washer tank is on the right from that angle.

i was allready notice differences in rear lights. Only the outer bulbs goes on with break pedal on EU version. Not both lights on each lights. Its weird because i was thinking about something weird things in my FD but texting friend who has the same EU version confirm this. only one light on each side is brighter witg break pedal.

i was looking inside for maybe bulb fail but it's fine, outer-inner, trying switch them, no change
