OK, so we are getting the following error code(s).

5 shorts

4 longs

in that order. So I'm assuming it is saying 5 and 40 instead of 45, right?

5 is the knock sensor and since we were pushing everything around trying to change the plugs, maybe we caused a wire to be loosened?

40 is Solenoid Valve (VDI) -- I don't remember what that is, any help would be appreciated.
