A few of them have shipped. Those that have requested un-anodized systems, your bars are currently on my workbench undergoing final inspections, and should ship tomorrow. The rest are still finishing up the anodizing process.
I will send a confirmation e-mail to each of you when your system has been shipped

Update
All of the un-anodized versions have been shipped (finally!), and each of those customers should have received an e-mail regarding this.
As for the anodized versions:
The anodizer decided to do most of the end brackets in the first few batches, and save all of the bars (and a few remaining end brackets) for the last batch. I specifically asked them not to do this, but they forgot to take note of it. .
So have in my possession many successfully anodized parts, but not enough to ship any completed kits The last anodizing batch is being run now, and should be done over the weekend. ALL of the remaining kits should be ready to ship by Tuesday.
On the plus side, the parts that I do have in my possession look absolutely fantastic! I am extremely pleased with the results.

Figured I should post some pictures (everyone loves pictures!)
Here are many of the parts that I just recently got back from the anodizer. The photo is a little deceptive, as it makes the parts look a little darker than they actually are. Personally, I'm very pleased with the resulting color/finish, as it retains a mostly OEM appearance, with a slight "coolness" factor. Hard to describe in words I guess...
Below is a picture that shows the completed (un-anodized) kit. Obviously, the optional parts (hatch cover hinges, and push-button pins) are also shown at the bottom of the picture.
You may notice that the two main mounting brackets are slightly darker in appearance than the central bar. I had the mounting brackets tumbled in an effort to help remove machining marks. This aids in the finishing process (both for anodizing, and for those who want to do their own finishing). Oddly, it actually gives the parts an almost "cast" look to them. I really like it. Instead of tumbling the bar, I had it sandblasted to assist with removing machining marks.

hmmm... not sure what is up with the pictures not showing. I swear they were there last night! I'm not at home right now, but I'll try to repost them when I get back.

Yep. It took a little longer to inspect and package each bar than I thought it would Many of the bars shipped out last week, but most of them I wasn't able to get out the door until today.
As of this morning, all of the pre-ordered bars have been sent, and each customer should have received an e-mail with a confirmation number.

Photo attachments are being a little flakey recently, but I'll try to post a couple more. Not the greatest pictures, as they have some weird light reflections, but you get the general idea.

^ No, sorry. The entire first production order has been sold. There's a strong possibility that I'll do another production run, but it won't be for at least another 6 months.
