Engine, turbos and boost question. Please help!
Hi, anyone know how I can figure out the conditions of the engine and turbos of a 3rd Gen before I buy it? And how can I tell if they need to be replaced? Should I check the boost? Finally, what's all the numbers on the boost? Like 10, 12, 14 etc.
