I'm doing a 2jz with 6 speed swap and wanna recoup some money. I have a 13b rebuilt with 3mm seals, streetported, and tefelon o-rings with about 10k on it. The motor has a bit of shaft play when hitting the clutch. The tranny has no grinds or problems what so ever. How much can I get outa these?

 

If you have a way to verify engine compression, you may be able to get 3-4k for the combo. With unknown compression, you'll probably be looking in the 2-2.5k range.

 

How Hard is it to do compression test considering engine is still in car and working? Can any local shop do it?
