They didn't sound right to me either but they told me those prices twice, one on the phone and one in person. I do think that the rotor price is for a pair though. But if i do choose to go with the ones from Mazda, i think it's worth the shot. If it's the wrong part i can get my money back and if it's not i got a good deal.

Hey more power to ya, get all you can afford at those prices. Generally any 86+ rotorhousing is interchangeable to a degree, especially any 89+, so even if theyre a bit off it will still work fine.

I was actually running about 12-13 pounds on the stock twins. My mods are full exhaust, no cats. I ran it that way for about 2 weeks or around 400-500 miles until i put in a PFS ecu for about 200 miles then POP!! The motor has about 65000 miles and was showing signs of needing a rebuild before the exhaust or ecu.

I know i should have had a boost controller and/or aftermarket ECU when running without cats so don't flame me. Once done, it's getting a intake, rx7.com tuned ecu, and a manual boost controller. I wish i could afford better but i'm still in college so she'll get pampered when i'm done with school.

Man oh man that looks sweet. I need to stop by and check that out. Or you can stop by and blow the doors off the Camaro that parks beside me

A practical and cost effective approach would be to buy a used engine, do a seal and spring rebuild and use Atkins apex seals, you will not regret it... those seals have saved many housings and turbos for us... Now you will have lots of spare parts... Just my opinion...

Most people on this forum think atkins seals are no good for boosted applications, but I do fine with them
