Engine temps way too low ?
okay here is the deal. I remmeber reading that optimal combustion on the 3rd gen is like 92 C., someone please correct em if wrong, that is my first question.
ALso, I know my temps are too low becasue the PFC only takes off cold engine fuel enrichment at 80C. WHen I get in my car it takes liek 15 mins on highway to get car up to 79C, and another 10 mins to get to 80. I can't get it above like 82 C even driving like a mad man with b oost on all the time. Really sucks becasue I can;t even floor it until 80C becasue my inejctors will be maxed out becasue of additional fuel being added.
I want my car to run at best temp. I suspose I low temp thermostate was pout in by PO, I live in georgia so good for summer, but now that it is 55 F outisde it sucks.
Do I really haev a problem? WHat is stock themostate Temp'? WHat numbers are you guys seeing in winter?
THanks
