Smile Engine supplier.

Hi guys, I'm looking to get my car going again and I need advice. I blew my engine a few years back and I have a feeling that I caused extensive damage due to running
it after it blew up.
My question is,where is the best place to get a built crate engine? I would like a
street port with 3mm apex seals. I am also wondering how much they cost.

Any feedback would be much appreciated,Thanks!!
