There are many places to get a rebuild. However, your problem is going to be shipping. You are just going to have to start talking to places to ask them about shipping and find out what will be cost effective.

The cheapest thing is probably going to be for you get get a used JDM block from Japan. The problem is you really won't know the condition of the motor until you drop it in the car.
