engine heaters??

Wondering if there's a "block heater" that's good for 7's. I'm losing my mind trying to sort out my Haltech's cold starts...it starts fine when the coolant/air is in the high 60s or warmer...any cooler and it's awful....i've been posting this stuff in the Haltech section, so I'm not asking for help with that in this post...i thought as temporary relief for myself until I can get someone to do some tuning....is there a good heater I could use and exactly how warm do they keep an engine anyway?...i've never used one....i know they'd typically be used just to keep things above zero or whatever.....thanks

yeah that's what i've been doing, but can't improve it....any idea HOW rich to make it?...like approx bar heights? I have stock injectors and a streetported motor.... it starts fine when it's warm, but now that the temp where I live is sitting in the 50's, my car suddenly becomes basically useless....before anyone has a stroke over this post, like i said, i've been discussing this in the EMS section and in this thread i was originally asking about a block heater to keep my coolant temps up as a quick temporary fix until i get this sorted out....
