Engine Harness Connectors not going to ECU - Are they Gauges Related ?-

Guys,

Just like that.

There are two Engine harness connectors not going to the ECU, Blue & White.

Are both of them just gauges & warning lights related ??

Am working on an independent Aftermarket Gauge Cluster (independent sensors, GPS Speedo and no Warning Lights) for a racing car.

Can I get rid if these two connectors ?? Is there anything performance related involved in these two connectors ??

Your wisdom is appreciated...

Gracias..!!

Get out the shop manual and go through the wiring diagram. I can't remember what all is on those connectors, but I think it's much more than just the gauges. There's a LOT of wires involved, I think each connector is around 20 wires.

yeah, too many to take a guess on. Gauges, Transmission/Speed sensors/backup lights. A/C and heat/cooling systems.
