Engine foam cleaner for fuel rail??

Will the chemicals in the engine foam cleaner, I recently bought harm my fuel rail. I know water is bad for it when cleaning it but how about the foam cleaner. This is the stuff to clean your engine with. I recently took out my injectors and the rail is full of dirt. Anyone know??

If the rail is out and you can remove all the rubber parts ,and o-rings ,use spray carb cleaner on ,in the casting. you must remove the rubber o -rings because the cleaner will make them swell up ,(very big ).
