engine flooding

Ever since it started to get cold here, my car has been much harder to start. I know it's common for a lot of cars to have a hard time starting in the cold, but is there anything I can fix this? since it's getting to a point where if I don't drive it for more than 12 hours or so, it won't start the next day unless I unflood my engine.

The Problem: Every morning since it's been cold the car is hard to start, it either takes like 5-10 seconds of cranking to start, or it just won't start till I unflood the engine.

My mechanic is telling me that I need to replace my spark plugs. I'm currently running R6725 for my single turbo set up, which I heard foul easily for normal driving, but I needed them for my tunning which got delayed. I've been running these plugs for about 1500 miles, which isn't a lot. BUT my car is running very rich since it's not tuned. Do you guys think it's the plugs that are doing this?

or do I have to tune my car to prevent this from happening. I was supposed to tune my car at the last steve Kan tunning, but one of my sec. injectors wasn't working right so I couldn't tune it. Will I have to tune my car to fix this problem where it floods every morning.

Could it be the injectors? or fuel system?

Any help would be cool thanks.

My Kan tuned motor runs very rich when cold. If I shut down the engine when its still cold it floods and takes forever to get it started again.
