Emissions fooling
Het guys,
I was just wondering what the most "radical" Exhaust/emissions setup that can be used and still keep the car street legal (i.e. removing cats, air pump, egr valve)
Thanks for any input,
kyle

It depends on your state. Some states visually look for a cat some don't. States also have different levels of acceptable emissions. Some states doen't even have emmissions testing.

I live in Mass, and I've heard that the sniffers are quite tough around here. Is there anyone also from MA that would like to comment on their Emissions experiences?

God damn florida has no emissions?!!. Oh **** that's insane. But moving is such a pain in the *** to be quite honest. I barely could move an hour down south cally from irvine to san diego .

The emissions guys do not do visual checks of for the cat's, but you might have to put the car on the dyno and get the sniffer. You might be able to skip the dyno depending on the age of the car.
If you go without the cats, without proper tuning, you're most probably gonna be too rich. Right now I've got a catback, I intend to get a downpipe and high-flow cat and see how that goes..a midpipe might just be pushing it..
