Emissions / Air Pump Removal what to block off?

Alright I have searched and searched and there seems to be alot of inconsistant information of what to or not block off with emissions deletions. I see different things for single and twin and different things for Stock and Aftermarket ECUs. The one im unsure of really is the ACV.

So my question is for those that are running a PFC and Twins what is safe to block off and what needs to be retained. I have all my parts apart right now with the engine out and am looking to get it back together with the least clutter.

Thanx
Jeremy
