emission removal keeping sequential

Ok i rebuilt a fd motor for a buddy of mine an im just having a hell of a time trying to figure out the rats nest im a second gen guy so its headach. i have been reading around and all thestuff i have found deletes the sequential turbo. Is there anyway topull the rats nest an keep it. please let me know thanks

im in ca, so i dont know for sure, but id imagine all you would need to do is pull the solenoids that control the emissions junk and cap what is effected.
