Electrical problems, running lights

I have a question abut the running/parking/head lights

Yes I did search

Problem:
When the headlight switch is turned to the 1st notch (parking lights) nothing comes on.
When the head lights switch is turned to the 2nd notch (head lights) the head lights come on like thy are supposed to but, the dash lights, brake lights, and marker lights don’t come on.

The way I understand:
When the headlight switch is turned to the 1st notch, the dash lights come on, the brake lights come on half way, the side marker lights come on, and the marker lights in the front bumper come on
When the headlight switch is turned to the 2nd notch the headlights go up and come on, the brake lights come on half way, the side marker lights come on, and the marker lights in the front bumper come on

What I have done:
- Check fuses
- Check some of the grounds (I cant find all of them, I looked on the FSM)
- Check the switch itself for damage, none found

Relevant notes:
- Brake lights and turn signals work properly
- Car has been sitting for 8 years
- Car has after market alarm system (I am going to have this removed)
- Car has after market turbo timer
- There is also some other aftermarket electrical box that I don’t know what it does. (I am going to have this removed as well)

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?
Thanks for taking the time to read this long post and reply,
Dave

its the TNS relay in the front fuse box under the hood. Just snap you a new one in and that should fix you up
