the ac doesnt function at all..no lights nothing other than the dash lights. when you turn 1-4 nothing happens unless you hit the ac button, then the radiator fans turn on. nothing blows out the vents, no matter what just the radiator fan turns on.. I pulled the ac panel so I could do some paint work and since then it hasnt worked right just turns on the rad fans. anyone know what problem is?

Don't know what the problem is with the air blowing out the vents, but the rad. fans always turn on when you turn the a/c on. The ECU controls that.
