electrical load lowers vacuum?
This just started happening two days ago... just after a new clutch install (I don't think there's any relation, but who knows). If I apply any electrical load to my car, even the brake light, my vacuum drops at idle from about -420 mmhg to - 360 mmhg (on my PFC). My Idle is set in my PFC at 750 rpms under electrical load (720 normally), and my car holds these values very consistantly. Is my idle set too low to handle any electrcal load? Is there normally any correcation b/w vacuum and electrical load? Do I even have a problem? Seems strange that it never happend before. My mods are in my sig. thanks.

I figured that since a stock FD idles at 720 rpms, that these numbers are fine. Also, I really like the way the car sounds when idling at these rpms
. Do you set you idle at 900 for all settings, or just for the electrical load setting?

Mine drops quite a bit with the A/C on (50 mm or 2-inches) but doesn't change for other electrical loads. I agree, why do you have your idle settings so low? I'm just using the default idle settings and everything is stable and seems to work well.
