Angry Electrical issue, intermittant loss of power, won't start

Intro:
I don't expect anyone to have gone through this before( searched ), but I thought I'd write about my issue in case someone has or someone does in the future. It seems to have started when during a couple of short drives, the stereo would lose power when I hit the brakes, so it would restart. And during one drive it happened when I hit the clutch or brake(Cel also blinked), then when I parked it, it wouldn't start until I wiggled some wires that were connected to the stereo. But for the past couple of weeks, I've had no issues with the brake/clutch/ radio issue. I went to the hospital today to visit my wife and son. I drove the FD and parked it in the parking garage. After my visit was over, I found my car wouldn't start.

Symptons:
1. Car wont' start, no power to accesories when ign is "On".
2. Wiggle main fuse box in engine bay, get power to the accessories.
3. Turn key to start, doesn't start and the power goes back out.
4. Wiggle main fuse box, repeat...

I removed the stereo and the audio fuse to see if that made a diff, but nope. The only electrical mods done is an aftermarket stereo that plugs in the stock harness and an aftermarket cd changer that taps into the stock wiring(done 2 owners ago). The first things that come to my mind are the clutch switch, starter cut relay, brake switch, electrical short in the radio wiring/fuse box. Maybe the radio is unrelated but just a sympton, but hard to ignore how I "fixed" it once by messing with it.
I should have looked at this closer before, but my youngest has been in and out of the hospital alot and I have 3 other kids to take care of.
I'll take a couple of hours tomorrow to troubleshoot(and bring tools) but I think I'll end up having her towed home to be worked on...

Oh yeah, luckily for me, my wife has been sleeping at the hospital so our minivan was in the garage, else I would have been SOL!
