Car:
1995 CW
Stock engine, turbos
Greddy turbo timer (suspected to be faulty, but problem persists with unit off)

Symptoms:
AC Blower can be turned on with out key in ignition
ABS warning light illuminated
High beams will not work (pulled stick illuminates the high beam, pushed stick causes the lights to go black)

Checked fuses, grounds and power supply all with no results.

Tapped/pulled all associated relays, with no change in symptoms.


Well, any ideas?
