Electrical issue with codes...

Ok folks, after a month of farting around with the FD, replacing a dead igniter and battery, I've ran my codes one more time since the car wouldn't start. Well, I pulled code 14, or the Atmospheric pressure sensor-in ecu. would this prevent the car from starting?

thanx - Rick

You should look around your area in the regional forum and see if there is somebody who would be willing to let you try a known good ecu and see if that solves your problem.

The FSM says to replace the ECU when you get that code. (Page F-34)

Good news is they only cost like $40.

Even better news is: I have two for sale. One is an N3A1 non-Cali ecu. The other one is an N3A3 Cali-ecu.
