Electrical /Ignition issue please help

I went through an engine rebuild, while the engine was out I repainted the engine bay and installed a haltech with a custom wiring harness. After reinstalling everything, I cannot get the dash or ECU to power up.

I have narrowed it down to something to do with the EGI relay. When I turn the key on, I can turn on the head lights, windshield wipers, and A/C blower motor. The starter will turn over if I crank the key all the way. The dash will not light up nor will the ECU power up. I pulled the EGI relay and am able to get power to the green and white wire, but not to the black and green wire. I have probed the ignition switch and was able to get 12v on one of the contacts, but have been unable to test it further as I cannot find the switch in the wiring diagram.

Any tips would be helpful as I am scratching my head clueless.

Not sure exactly which wire you are talking about, the two connectors that go from the front harness to the small fuse box by the battery terminal or the grey plug wires for the starting/charging harness?

There is a wire that runs from the small fuse box that would be on the battery to the larger fuse box that holds the egi relay. The 2 boxes are connected with a wire. Post a picture of your fuse boxes.

You are my hero! I went back through old pictures I had when I took the car apart and found the wires you are talking about. I re-installed them correctly and now everything works. Thanks!
