The lights on my dashboard all went dim a few weeks ago--this morning, the warning lights all went on to full brightness whilst the rest of the dash remained dark. Does anybody recognize those symptoms, or is it time for a week straight of troubleshooting?

Also, one of my headlight covers broke itself off. When the headlight's up, it's ok; but when the headlight's down it kinda flaps around in the wind. Is trying to glue it back on a good idea, or should I buy a new part?
