electric buzzing noise and HUGE flooding problem

Ive just put my car back together after getting the motor rebuilt and street ported from Rx-7 store. basically my problem is that iam getting this buzzing noise now when the ignition is in the on position but when I give it a little but of throttle the noise goes away. Ive gotten everything converted to non sequential so the only solenoids that are still there are the map, tps, and the one for the fuel pressure regulator (which by the way is the last one on the solenoid rack towards the firewall). Also do I really need this solenoid, the people at rx7store are the ones that hooked up the vaccum system and I have never seen a non sequential system that still uses this solenoid. BTW the motor runs rich as all hell at idle and everytime I get it started it will just flood itself when I shut it off.

sounds like the idle control solenoid... try unplugging the white connector in the back of you UIM and see if it stops....

I would look at the injectors myself, I would wonder if one is stuck open a bit. I also would wonder about the buzzing noise. I would run that down. You may have a relay wiring issue. Sometimes systems will hunt for a ground electrically and use the coil side of a relay. Often the relay will buzz when this happens. It might be related to the rich conduction. Surely check the basics like wiring connectors etc. and the throttle sensor. Make sure the MAP sensor doesn't have anything in the vacuum side like a check valve etc. When you shut down the engine the injectors should as well. They might be doing that electrically but mechanically stuck open. Good luck and stay cool headed.
