Elbow Flange

Do you reckon you would be able to put an aftermarket ( or even stock maybe) BOV onto the capped hole at the end of the stock elbow ( check pic) ? I think it has something to do with the old warmup system. I've heard a lot of people say that a BOV nearest to the throttlebody is best so I'm figuring that this is already in a good place, what sort of problems might you expect if any?
